More than 850 people call Homeland Housing home! Living at a Homeland Housing community is more than bricks and mortar. It is about creating a home, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Homeland Housing offers a variety of housing and care options, including independent seniors’ apartments, supportive living, affordable housing for seniors, community affordable housing, and designated supportive living – levels 3 and 4.
We serve nine Alberta communities; Westlock, Legal, St. Albert, Morinville, Jarvie, Clyde, Bon Accord, Redwater, and Gibbons.
Supportive Living
Studio and one-bedroom suites for seniors who want to enjoy a community setting, meals, weekly housekeeping, recreation and life enrichment services.
Seniors Subsidized Apartments
One bedroom apartment suites for individuals and couples over 65 years of age. Rent is subsidized at 30 percent of your monthly income.
Seniors Near Market Apartments
One and two bedroom apartment suites for those over 65 years of age. Rent is set about 10-20 per cent below market rent for a similar sized suite in the area.
Affordable Community Housing
One, two, and three bedroom apartment and townhome suite for individuals, couples, and families. Rent is set about 10-20 per cent below market rent for a similar sized suite in the area.
Designated Supportive Living 4
Studio and one bedroom suites. Enjoy all the comforts of home knowing that nursing and care supports are available when needed.
