North Ridge Place is an affordable housing, four storey apartment building consisting of 48 units: 40 one-bedroom suites (approximately 583 square feet) and 8 two-bedroom suites (approximately 953 square feet) for couples.
The building features a secure entry intercom system with sitting lounges and tenant laundry facilities on each floor. Located on the lower level is an open area, kitchen facility, washrooms, offices and hair salon. There are also secure, individual storage units for tenants’ use.
The building is connected to North Ridge Lodge and tenants may participate in the community services and activities provided by the lodge. Meal contracts for homemade meals in the dining room may be purchased, subject to availability and scheduling.
North Ridge Place officially opened in 2010 and is the first facility in Sturgeon Foundation’s Affordable Housing portfolio. It is located in St. Albert with easy access to amenities, including the Sturgeon Hospital.
