Ed Corson has lived at the Chateau for about 3 years.

Originally from Vermilion Alberta, the family moved to Toronto Ontario when Ed was five years old. Where his father developed welding techniques for jet planes at Av Roe Aircraft manufacturer.

At eighteen years of age Ed joined the Air Force and became a pilot and flight trainer, stationed across Ontario and Quebec. Ed earned the rank of Lieutenant. After leaving the RCAF Ed taught flying at the Toronto Island Airport. Later Ed became a gemologist and owned a jewellery store where he taught others how to cut and set diamonds.

On Friday April 28th Ed was awarded the Quilt of Valor at the Morinville Legion.
